What is ID Protection Service™?

ID Protection Service is a comprehensive Identity Theft Protection solution. As a subscriber to ID Protection Service, you will gain the peace of mind knowing that ID Protection Service includes robust Detection, Reimbursement and Resolution services.

Detection

In order to combat the potentially devastating financial consequences of an identity theft, ID Protection Service monitors your Experian credit report daily and automatically alerts you of any changes. The robust protection plan includes:

Constant, proactive monitoring of your Experian Credit Report
Email notification alert of any change to your Experian Credit Report
Online access to all alerts generated from ID Protection Service
Ability to request copies of your Experian Credit Report
Flexible subscription plans

Resolution

A person can do everything right, and still become victim of identity theft. That is why ID Protection Service has partnered with Identity Safeguards to provide a full recovery service to each of its subscribers. If a theft occurs, ID Protection Service acts quickly to ensure that the financial and emotional damage is kept to a minimum. Victims are assigned a Personal Recovery Advocate who manages their case from beginning to end. With the help of our Recovery Advocate, the time and stress associated with restoring your credit profile are dramatically reduced.

Reimbursement

In order to combat the potentially devastating financial consequences of an identity theft, ID Protection Service also includes Identity Theft insurance provided by AIG*. ID Protection Service's reimbursement program compensates victims for the lost income and expenses associated with the crime. The robust program includes:

Up to $25,000 in total reimbursements
$0 Deductible
6 month reporting period
Up to $1,000 per week in lost wage reimbursements
