The Corporate Sweep Account allows larger incorporated customers to earn interest in their corporate funds. This account offers several advantages to the corporate customer:

• Provides automatic cash management of funds
• Funds are fully guaranteed in excess of $100,000.00 unlike FDIC restrictions

How the Corporate Sweep Account works:

• There are two accounts:
  1. The Commercial Account, a non-interest bearing account, which is used to make deposits and write checks
  2. The Sweep Account, an interest bearing account that receives funds in excess of a target (working) balance from the commercial account.
• Interest is paid daily on average daily balance. Interest earned is variable, based on our Money Market rates.
• Each depositor will receive daily confirmations by fax or mail on the securities used for securing their Corporate Sweep Accounts.
• Normal fees apply to your commercial checking account
• Maintenance fee for the Corporate Sweep Account is $50.00 per month, which is applied to the analysis statement.
